What is Marble World Studio?

Marble World Studio is a web application that uses AI to transform your images, text descriptions, or videos into explorable 3D environments. You can navigate these worlds in your browser, download assets, and record fly-through videos.

How do credits work?

Credits are our simple payment system - think of them as 'dime credits' where each credit is worth about $0.10. You purchase credit packs upfront, then use credits to generate worlds. The Mini model costs 4 credits per world, and the Plus model (higher quality) costs 25 credits. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

What's the difference between Mini and Plus models?

The Plus model generates higher quality 3D worlds with more detail and better textures. It takes slightly longer to process but produces better results. The Mini model is faster and cheaper, good for quick iterations or simpler scenes.

What file types can I upload?

For images: JPG, PNG, and WebP (up to 10MB). For videos: MP4, MOV, and WebM (up to 100MB). For panoramas: equirectangular JPG or PNG images. You can also use text prompts without uploading any files.

How long does world generation take?

Generation typically takes 1-5 minutes depending on the model and current load. You'll see a progress indicator, and you can navigate away - we'll keep processing in the background.

What can I download from my generated worlds?

You can download Gaussian splat files (at various quality levels), 3D meshes, and panoramic images. These can be used in other 3D software, game engines, or for further editing.

How do I record a video of my world?

Open your world in the 3D viewer, then click the Record button. You can enable Auto-Orbit for a hands-free 360-degree fly-through. Videos are recorded directly in your browser and saved as WebM files - no credits required!

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.

What happens if generation fails?

If a world fails to generate, the credits are automatically refunded to your account. You'll see the refund in your transaction history.

Can I share my worlds with others?

Yes! You can make any world public and share the link. Anyone with the link can view and explore your world in their browser without needing an account.

What browsers are supported?

We support all modern browsers with WebGL support: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

Is my uploaded content private?

Yes, your uploaded images, videos, and generated worlds are private by default. Only you can see them unless you explicitly make a world public.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, but unused credits never expire and failed generations are automatically refunded. If you have an issue, please contact us through the feedback form.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings page. This will permanently remove your account, all generated worlds, and uploaded content.
