By accessing or using Marble World Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Marble World Studio is a web application that allows users to generate explorable 3D environments from text descriptions, images, and videos using AI technology. The service includes:

  • 3D world generation from various input types
  • Interactive 3D viewer
  • Asset downloads (Gaussian splats, meshes, panoramas)
  • Video recording of 3D worlds

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our service uses a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate 3D worlds
  • Credit prices and costs are displayed on our pricing page
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malware or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (images, videos, text prompts). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing our service.

Generated Content: You own the 3D worlds and assets generated from your content, subject to any underlying rights in your input materials and the terms of the AI services we use.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform maintenance with or without notice
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Limit usage to prevent abuse

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marble World Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
